I love their scan & go feature. I've had an elderly woman try to warn the employees that I did not pay for my items. I believe they explained it to her, but she gave me the dirtiest look when I waved at her in the parking lot.

It does seem nobody is getting them automatically with the delayed GC offers. Only time I ever got the GC as promised was when it was advertised as immediate, and the GC actually showed up in the same order as the membership purchase.

So can we do this deal if we were a past member (I think it's been one year when we switched the membership to my wife's name)? Would I need to sign up with a different email address than I previously used before?

I signed up 8/26... also nothing so far. It's been over 4 weeks so I guess it's time to start pestering them. I would caution others against doing this deal.

Yes, but to be on the safe side, I always use a different name (my spouse) and different credit card when I buy it online.

i chatted after I did not receive my gift card 4 weeks after joining.
I was told it would be sent in 2 or 3 days.
5 days later I did not receive it.
I did get an email from a Customer service rep asking me to check my email spam folder.
I replied That I checked my spam folder and there is no gift card.
I also replied that if I did not receive the card I would cancel my membership for a refund of my $45.
A day after this email response the gift card showed up in my email
I just used it today.
It is really upsetting that I had to threaten them to get it.
