If you've gone into CVS or some grocery stores they have been giving away their old stock of hand sanitizers for FREE this summer.
I didn't realize it at first but did notice a large tub of sanitizers in the self-checkout area and at each checkout. I didn't get one at the self checkout but I said Hello to one of the checkout clerk's that I see regularly on the way out the door and she stopped me outside and brought me a free bottle of hand sanitizer.

My store shows 2000 bottles in inventory. When I came to the store, they have cases (24/case) by the door with a sign of $0.10/bottle. The store employee told me that the sign was up this morning.
Decent smell, but a bit slimy and takes a long time to dry. A single pump puts out twice what you need. To make it usable I had to dilute it with about 15-20% (by volume) isopropyl alcohol (I used 70%). Final cost ended up being around $.35 a bottle, which is still a good deal, but not worth the hassle.
