Highly recommend this. One of my favorite of the Lego movie-tie-in games. A *lot* of content and exploring and collecting to do.

I have it on pretty much all platforms and it's fine on the Switch. I have it already on a Switch cartridge but at this price will probably buy as a download because games like this I'd often pick-up-and-play for 15-30 minutes, and it's nice to have it loaded and not need to find and install the cartridge.

Anybody ever run into the "game breaking bugs" that I've read so much about? Are they really so prevalent? Each time I see this on sale, I'm tempted to buy but then the reviews always scare me off.

Very prevalent, and they are the same bugs across the board on all of their games. When it's fun, it's fun, but be prepared for a lot of frustrations along the way.

I don't have Switch but this is really that good a deal at over 3x PS price? Just asking?

It depends on what they have and need. I have this on both ps4 and ps vita so I have no need for it on switch at all, but for those who want it on the road and only have switch, then they got no other choice
