Eligibility: The "Spirit Halloween Superstores - Halloween Horror Nights Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Alaska)

Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted for the Sweepstakes from Monday, September 6, 2021 at 12:00:01am Eastern Time ("ET") through Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 11:59:59pm ET.

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Prize ("Prize") awarded. Prize winner ("Winner") will receive one (1) four (4) day/three (3) night trip ("Trip") for Winner and one (1) Guest ("Guest") to experience Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights at one of the following two (2) destinations selected by the Grand Prize Winner: Either (a) Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida; or (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California.

Option (a): Universal Orlando Resort Prize:

(a) If the Universal Orlando Resort destination is chosen, Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major airport near Winner's home (as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL*; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal's Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn & Suites or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion) for Winner and one (1) Guest; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL for Winner and one (1) Guest *; 3-Day 3-Park Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal's Volcano Bay Water Theme Park for Winner and one (1) Guest; Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Single Night tickets for winner and one (1) Guest; Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Single Night Express Passes for winner and one (1) guest; and admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show for Winner and one (1) Guest (exact date and time to be determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion). The Fair Market Value ("FMV") of the Universal Orlando Resort Prize is Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Nine and 28/100 ($2,539.28).

Option (b): Universal Studios Hollywood Prize:

(a) If the Universal Studios Hollywood destination is chosen, Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major airport near Winner's home (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA**; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at the Sheraton Universal or at another nearby hotel (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) for Winner and one (1) Guest; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA for Winner and one (1) Guest **; Two (2) day General Admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and one (1) Guest; one (1) day Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights Universal Express ticket for Winner and one (1) Guest. The FMV of the Universal Studios Hollywood Prize is Three Thousand Two Hundred Forty Seven and 00/100 Dollars ($3,247.00).
