That's exactly what happened to me and I was caught off guard
I ended up placing the order and called the customer service to cancel this order. They say it's 48 hours. If they don't cancel I am charging back to the credit card as unauthorized charges
I used PayPal and didn't encounter the issue you mentioned, did you add promo code GFSHIP as well
Yes. PayPal when I clicking confirm still had the 2.54. also did you select PayPal checkout before entering an address or at the end in the credit card section? I did before address
