Great specs (2.8K OLED!) for the price, and ready to ship (Ships 9/22 as of now)! Only downsides for me are the soldered memory (16GB), the somewhat small battery (61Wh), and no separate page up/down/home/end, but can't complain at this price.

https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/p/la...20yn000pus

Use code CLEAR15DEAL to bring it down to $1087.87. If you have MPP, you can get it for even less ($1004).

If you have the PayPal $100 offer, the total comes down to $987 (or $904 with MPP)

I also got $30 in Lenovo rewards for this purchase. Was going to wait for the Slim 7 Carbon, but couldn't resist this spec for $900 + tax. Total with CA taxes was about $980.

Yes, insane deal given the OLED screen and AMD's fastest mobile processor. I could have gone with cash back to get it for about $880, but decided to go with $900+tax with MPP with no CB to worry about. In either case, this is a killer deal

Not sure why this is marked as expired. Still letting me add to cart and checkout.

My order is already marked as shipped even though I only ordered a couple of hours ago!

Can anyone chime in about the longevity of OLED displays? Do we have to worry about burn in?

Also, I can't find the refresh rate… can anyone help out?

The OLED panel is 90Hz. Longevity shouldn't be an issue with these latest gen panels. Samsung just and these. I'm surprised you can even get on this early.

I am assuming it is the same Samsung 90Hz panel that is being used in all 14" OLED laptops. I have yet to see a 60Hz 2.8K OLED Panel being mentioned anywhere. I'll confirm when I receive the Thinkbook, hopefully by the end of the week as it is already marked as shipped, and I used 2 day Shoprunner shipping.

I was able to get it to go through on Tuesday too. Mine has been marked as shipped since Tuesday but no tracking, do you have a tracking # yet?

I got the "your order has shipped" email on Tuesday evening around 6:30pm PST. The Laptop is currently on a UPS truck out for delivery. Should be in my hands in a few hours.

Where are you located? Did you use Shoprunner like I did? They shipped it out via UPS 2nd Day Air as I used Shoprunner 2 day shipping.

I'm in Atlanta and yes, I used shoprunner. Never got a tracking number or email and Shoprunner shows it as "shipped" but no tracking number on their site either.

I'm in CA and the laptop shipped from NC. You are so much closer. My order was also marked as shipped for most of the day without any tracking number before I received the shipping confirmation email from Lenovo later Tuesday evening.

I would call or chat with Lenovo customer service. They ship the package with signature required, so it's always good to know when to expect the package.

I have a different problem. Have been tracking the silly UPS truck on the map for hours. It has been in our neighborhood since morning, but there must be a million deliveries as he keeps moving around the neighborhood. A few mins ago even drove past my house. What a tease! Lol. laugh out loud

I just got mine and wow the screen is nice!

It is indeed a 90hz OLED. You can change it to 60hz in Windows settings no prob. Maybe will give better battery life?

I don't know how to see if it's a Samsung screen though. Device manager just says generic. 🤷 ♂️

Nice! Mine is should be here any minute. I think the UPS driver is saving this for the end of his day as it requires a signature.

Only Samsung makes these panels, so no need to check. Good to know that it's the 90Hz as expected. Setting it to 60 should save battery. I hope the max battery mode already does it.

Super weird. I JUST got my notice that it shipped though the website has said shipped since Tuesday. 2 Day air and it won't be here until Monday. Why it takes 4 days to get from NC to Atlanta when 2 day air is selected but who knows... now the waiting begins.
