FYI: Walgreens periodic deal is still better with 12 cents per load vs Sam's 17.85 cents per load.


I recommend using the per load calculation vs the per ounce because of the differences in concentration.

I recommend using the per load calculation vs the per ounce because of the differences in concentration.

Awhile back I picked up (12) 100oz bottles @ $7.99 each. Not a bad deal @ .16 per load. The local store runs deals like this once and awhile and less than a mile away. They are 50 load bottles.

I love Persil and buy it all the time, but Costco's Kirkland brand is also highly rated and is on sale starting Sept 29. It's $3.50 off, I believe. It sells in 194 oz bottles vs this 225, but the Kirkland claims it's good for 146 loads vs this Persil's 112 load claim. That's 34 more loads and I think the sale price is only about $13 after $3.50 coupon.

Switched from Tide to Persil for my he front loader years ago. Persil is vastly better. Some claim that the Kirkland brand may be a Persil product, but I find the authentic Persil to be better

The per recommended load yes, but I'm sure many use more than the recommended amount per load. Per Oz is best. If I were comparing liquid to powder yield then I'd look at the per load cost.
