I have been ordering from the Lucky website for a couple years now and they have always been timely in sending orders out, though my last item has sat unsent for over 2 weeks. I even paid the shipping $9.99 for just a hat, not really sure what is happening to this brand.

Covid shipping has gotten better than it was. Has nothing to do with brand.

I think it was pretty easy to follow my statement. You said you've been ordering for years but your last one took a while to send. During covid items have been sitting waiting to be picked up by shippers, in some cases.
You just brought up it was within the last 2 months and clarified the time frame from years to months. Well currently there are issues with people wanting to work.
I think it's hard to blame anything currently on any brand.
