Hope this helps, I know it's a weird issue, cause the older phones do support gsma bands by AT&T and btw the APN settings were 100% correct.
*Note: if you have older phones AT&T will install a software, if you go to network settings, the band select is missing, you get 2G, roaming and other settings, so you are out of luck to select bands, and dialing *#*#4636#*#* did not fix the problem either, so I ended up using it on my unlocked unbranded Note 10+ and it works fine, getting wifi call and voice through lte as well and
The consequence is that Unreal will only partially activate your ported in number and that initially you will lack the ability to receive incoming calls. Instead, incoming calls will continue to be routed to Visible. To fix this issue, you are going to do multiple chats with both Visible and Unreal. Visible is also going to ask you to pay for a 2nd month, although they will refund it to you when the port is complete.
This has happened to me twice in the last year. To save yourself the pain, just don't do it.
1) You have to CALL to get the Account# and PIN . Doesn't seem available online.
2) You can port into Xfinity (or presumably other carriers) and select FreedomPop (or possibly Redpocket if available.) all same company.
3) The port didn't go through because Unreal didn't release number. So I had to call in, and the rep was able to see pending port-out request and release it.
4) Port went through and active on Xfinity. So very doable. But looks like more hoops. Not sure if (3) can be combined with 1 by explicitly asking to be "released". Be prepared for 2 calls.

I do a lot of 2 factor authentication and I am a bit concerned about using my Google voice as my main number.
