Just be careful guys, if you have older phones dialer will not work properly and the network will be horrible, I bought the kit to use on my older S8 or Note 8 as a backup service neither worked properly and both are unlocked purchased from Samsung 4 years ago, iv'e tried on another S8 to confirm and it had the same problem, the dialer just won't make calls tried google dialer app same problem. So i think it has to do with either android 10 and lower or the band that Unreal mobile uses, sin e it worked fine on my Note 10+ and also Xperia 1 ii both are newer >2019 phones.
Hope this helps, I know it's a weird issue, cause the older phones do support gsma bands by AT&T and btw the APN settings were 100% correct.
*Note: if you have older phones AT&T will install a software, if you go to network settings, the band select is missing, you get 2G, roaming and other settings, so you are out of luck to select bands, and dialing *#*#4636#*#* did not fix the problem either, so I ended up using it on my unlocked unbranded Note 10+ and it works fine, getting wifi call and voice through lte as well and

This is a PSA - never, ever, under any circumstances should you port to Unreal Mobile from a Visible line that has gone into inactive status.

The consequence is that Unreal will only partially activate your ported in number and that initially you will lack the ability to receive incoming calls. Instead, incoming calls will continue to be routed to Visible. To fix this issue, you are going to do multiple chats with both Visible and Unreal. Visible is also going to ask you to pay for a 2nd month, although they will refund it to you when the port is complete.

This has happened to me twice in the last year. To save yourself the pain, just don't do it.

Activated today from mint. Took 15 minutes after their working hours. All automated sim activation worked great and made all changes on A51 automatically (unlocked GSM/CDMA). Speed outstanding on Att far north houston (woodlands). Hope this helps if you have concerns on lack of recent google reviews like me.

I finished porting OUT of Unreal to Xfinity Mobile to take advantage of Xfinity's port-in $200 deal.

1) You have to CALL to get the Account# and PIN . Doesn't seem available online.

2) You can port into Xfinity (or presumably other carriers) and select FreedomPop (or possibly Redpocket if available.) all same company.

3) The port didn't go through because Unreal didn't release number. So I had to call in, and the rep was able to see pending port-out request and release it.

4) Port went through and active on Xfinity. So very doable. But looks like more hoops. Not sure if (3) can be combined with 1 by explicitly asking to be "released". Be prepared for 2 calls.

I got a GSMT sim card and can't get anything above 3G despite having fine network coverage. Their APN settings in their documentation seem to be for GSMA only and reference ATT. https://help.unrealmobile.com/hc/...-settings-

Going to try getting a refund and go back to Tello.

I would try the fast.t-mobile.com apn.

Did they send you the wrong sim or did you intend to order the T-Mobile sim? This deal is only for Att.

They did end up getting me different APN settings, but the same issue persisted. I got the deal back in September and was able to choose GSMT.

If you port your main number to google voice (costs $20 one time fee) you can use the google voice app to make calls and send messages. Whenever the deal you are on gets close to running out just look for the best current deal and sign up. Do not port, just get assigned a new number, who cares the number you use with be your google voice number. Keep signing up for the unreal deals over and over if you like their service, or spread it around to whoever is cheapest and sign up for cricket, mint, unreal, red pocket, etc... Once mint with their buy 3 months and get 3 free special tried to get cute and wanted the phones imei to make sure you were not using the same phone, but I had an old moto phone and just used that one to sign up and switched the sim to my main phone after sign up.
Do you forward your new number to your Google voice number?

I do a lot of 2 factor authentication and I am a bit concerned about using my Google voice as my main number.

Yes I unlink, not sure that is the correct term, the old number and forward the new number to google voice when I switch. Major banks do not give me a hard time with 2 factor, the neobanks do not like google voice. So when I am doing a bonus with chime or lili or one of the 100000 other neobanks that are always popping up and offering some cash to sign up I use the 'real' number of the phone if it will not take the google voice. I then do what I need to do to get the bonus and kill the bank account.

Can I turn off auto renewal? I want a phone plan just for 3 months that goes away after 3mo without any further actions on my end.

Biggest GD rip off I've ever experienced! Firstly, I signed up for this shit back in September for the $30 sim /90 days Unlimited 12gb whatever... Upon activation then, u have to go online or some shit and make an 'account'. Apparently somewhere buried in the fine print if it even existed then which I question, they had where after u activate, aprox 40 days later in the middle of the 'deal', they AUTO CHARGE YOU AT FULL PRICE an additional 90 days of service at in my case $91... I am still battling this with my CC company. Even called and spoke with some "Red pocket" rep via 611 back in Nov when they had the nerve to send a text alert that my account would be renewed and promised then it was an 'error'. So next day I check my CC and sure enough the bastards charged me anyhow the additional ripoff!
