I just put an order in for phone on Thursday, 0 % interest for 3 years. I asked about programs and upgrades and they said nothing about loyalty program. I've been with AT&T for over 20years and never get any offers. I didn't upgrade to iPhone 12 bc they said my iPhone 6s Plus had no trade in value.
I just called up and asked about loyalty program they said I qualified for $300. I asked about my order from Thursday for iPhone 13 max pro and was told I had to call back and ask for loyalty department directly and ask about that bc only loyalty department can give me $300 off.
I sister has Verizon and she was sent a voucher for $400 and she got the iPhone 12.

I wonder if you can combine the trade-in with the loyalty discount? I have an XR I'm waiting until mid October to come off contact (was a loyalty purchase). Would make the Pro Max basically free.

Anyone able to stack deal with trade-in offer? 36 months is horrible but still debating but the extra $300 might be worth it.

I'm on the phone applying the loyalty program and they r cancelling my Thursday order and redoing order with $300 and 3 yr no interest. Also, got $30 upgrade fee waved bc of inconvenience.

At end of call they said the loyalty just went into effect for iPhone 13, and that's why it wasn't offered on Thursday. I'm not buying it.

How does the $300 work with the up to $800 trade in on the iPhone 13? And did they have to change your plan to one of the new unlimited ones?

In the past (my loyalty discount was 2 years ago) it is 24 months. The up to $1000 trade-in on the iPhone 13 currently requires 36 months. You can always add the Next plan for an additional $5/month to get a later upgrade when the phone is 1/2 paid off so 18 months (probably doesn't work with loyalty).

I called and confirmed that I was also offered this loyalty discount of $300 off paid out over 30 months. Do you have to be on an unlimited data plan in order to be eligible. You can combine this with the normal trade-in promotion they are running now. For example I am trading in an XR which gives me a $700 credit. Then I'll also receive the $300 credit for a total of $1000. I am putting that towards an iPhone 13 pro 256

Is the $300 loyalty credit in exchange for locking in a 24mo, 30mo, or 36mo service contract? I did the $400 loyalty deal 2yrs ago for the iPhone 11 and that required a new 2yr agreement. I assume this is the same type of offer?
