50 Respirators/Bag

Very duckbill style
surprised disney hasn't dyed them yellow and sold them for 10x as Donald Duck masks
I haven't used them myself, but when I was doing testing at the beginning of the pandemic, the 3m n95s (mostly the round ones) were regularly the best fit for 90% of my staff.

That being said, these are not Chinese and are niosh certified so I would wager they are much better than the KN95s you see here all the time. For everyday use, these are probably overkill/more than sufficient. We had similar designs from other manufacturers and they did not always fit great, especially around the chin/at the crease on the side. That made the 3m my go to and then I would move to this type as a backup (if we couldn't get the person to pass with the 3m). That being said I was testing for nurses going to see covid patients at home for 30-60 minutes at a time so fit was paramount.
Great idea for Halloween, thanks!

I got these several months ago. I do not care for straps or seam that gives that duck bill look. Rather than return I got some 1/4 inch elastic strap and stapled it to the seam below where the blue straps connect. The elastic strap goes around my neck and secures the fit across my nose. The two blue softer straps go around my huge head. Mask is pretty comfortable, I do not get fogging , the mask lasts longer and the strap pulls the seam down making it less noticeable. I just transfer strap to new mask when I change them out.

These are more comfortable than my other n95's and I wear them when I have to stand in line at post office for example. The other types of N95 with less profile work better when I have to be more active.

I don't see the comparison between masks and seatbelts. Seatbelts are for your own protection, not likely to affect others. Masking on the other hand is prophylactic for yourself as well as public health. Cheap and effective if used properly to mitigate community spread. Too bad we had such mixed messages.
Most people care more about protecting themselves than others. If they can't be inconvenienced to protect themselves, they certainly aren't going to go out of their way to protect others. A large part of the population doesn't seem to know how to wear a mask or respirator effectively anyway. But the good news is individuals probably get adequate protection wearing a mask themselves without worrying about what others are doing.

I bought these exact same masks from a different vendor and I agree, the straps are really cheap and snap if you pull too hard. I was able to get a secure fit but not my go-to mask since the duck beak is really visible and straps snap if frequently adjusting

It's very hard to wear this way. I prefer the design to hook to the ears. But the price is good.

Wow, these are the cheapest they've ever been! According to camel camel camel. Just snagged a bag to try out.

These don't fit well. Even when tightening straps. Should compress when inhaling according to CDC to assure seal.

I have been using these for some time. They are comfortable and let air through easily (the duck bill that people are making fun of give it a lot of surface area). They were $50 for 50 when I started buying them. Glad to see the price come down. One thing... The straps stretch out easily and you lose the edgeseal. I use a cord-lock on the bottom strap and I can keep the tension just how I want it.

How is the quality? Are these any good?
I got some of these earlier in the summer and the fit was so poor (loose elastic straps felt like they had been exposed to high heat that broke down the straps), I wound up chatting with Amazon for a refund.

Personally, I would buy these instead. I have some and they fit great: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1

I have used these masks. They are not as tight fitting as a medical grade respirator, but the fit is pretty good for most people. They breathe easy due to the large surface area. No chemical odor that I can detect. I think you would be hard-pressed to find a mask at this quality much cheaper than this. They are typically $40 to $45. I usually think I am getting a deal when it drops down close to $30.

the blue 3M ones are the lesser of the N95 evil for us glasses wearing people. they don't push up on the nose part of the glasses

I want to jump on this, but just can't get over the straps eventually loosening.
