Their customer service took a deep nose dive and their quality control sucks despite what that robot op posted about them having the same "QC as lucky" well I like lucky brand too but they have some pretty bad QC as well so let's not kid ourselves here

Wallace and Barnes at best is bargain brand RRL and that only goes for 1/5 of the collection

Website is a mess, tried to use different Paypal and different credit cards to pay for a shirt multiple times last night, it kept giving me errors at checkout page. Error said something like JSON line 1 is invalid..... Eventually one of the payments went through and got to the order confirmation page. Then minutes later I got bombarded with 6 order confirmations in my inbox for the same shirt. Checked my bank and Paypal this morning, and I got 1 pending charge on my cc and 3 pending charges in Paypal....

Block the charges.
Then immediately cancel order with JCrew Customer Service. Or vice versa

Hi! I'm not a robot. I have more than 5 yrs experience working in the manufacturing side of apparel.

Lucky Brand and JCrew only work with manufacturers that have a QC team. Not the same team, not a sharing situation.

I'm sorry you don't like their quality. Every company is different and has their own following. Most ppl have reported a better shopping experience, it's not all bad 🙂
