Contacted CS and they said they would reprint the shirt for me. They explained their print process which is more geared towards more colors which results in less smoothness of print.

I appreciated the one day response and the no hassle make it right for the customer feels tho.

Mine looks great. I imagine it will fade with time which I'm okay with. I only got a small logo on the chest area. It fits like an L, I ordered an XL. I was worried as the measurements listed pretty small nominal dimensions pit to pit. The arm holes are higher which causes this discrepancy compared to many other store brands. And also, it looks like they just provided wrong measurements. Mine is about 22" P to P like the user above me.

Wow, I have tried contacting them through Facebook, their web "returns" page, and emailing their help line and I have heard zilch. May I ask what you used?

I had replied to the proof email they initially sent out about a sizing question and continued with that email chain: [email protected]

I checked the shipping confirmation email as well and it is also: [email protected]
i think all their correspondences go thru that email from i can tell.

check your spam email in case?

I like the size/cut of the shirt. My design was small and only one color; the color was way off. According to CS, they were having trouble with orange.
The reprint got it right.
Two washes in, still looks good.
