You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I went to the store for the trade in. The rep was incompetent and didn't know what he was doing. I waited around for a while and got fed up, told him I'd do this online and left. I got my order in online and got this same email afterwards. F*&%

just a word of warning, don't know if it's true or not, but the person at the store told me that she heard:

the offer is ending after tomorrow the 22nd

again, just repeating what I was told in case it turns out true. you might even be good to put in a backordered order by the end of day tomorrow just in case.

Yea that dude doesn't know what he's talking about. I just went in today to grab mines and I even took my old sim with me. There's no need to contact T-Mobile..
Not sure if anyone asked this but is there a limit to how many iphones you can order on this deal? I'm considering grabbing a few more.

interesting i traded in my iphone 12 for an iphone 13 mini, since the trade-in value is greater than the cost of the phone, it only cost me $9.99 for the SIM (why do I have to pay for that?).. there's no tax on the phone itself!

I was thinking that my cost would be $699 + $70 CA tax - $725 = $50 but apparently there's no tax on the phone

Switched my IP12Pro -> IP13Pro for $105 out the door. Phone did get locked to T-Mobile but I'm on it so don't mind asking for an unlock after 60 days
