You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Order iphone 13 Pro blue 11/10, target 12/10 pick up but actually available for pick up on 11/18.
Order iphone 13 Pro black 11/7, target 12/3 pick up but actually available for pick up on 11/21.

Send message to T-mobile via FB messenger with phone number, IMEI and Bestbuy recipe to proof it is paid off. T-mobile rep immediate send IMEI to whitelist with Apple. Phone show no restriction after 5 minutes! Very impress with T-mobile rep that helped me.

Anyone knows how to transfer the jump/protection 360 to the new iPhone 13? I traded in my iPhone 12 today at Best Buy with EIP balance unpaid. Like most people said. Best Buy transaction was smooth. Just tell the rep do your own activation at home. Put in my old SIM card and fired it up. All good no issue at all. But my question now is how to handle the T-Mobile jump/protection 360? I don't want to tell T-Mobile too much of the information and I may lost the EIP discount that I currently have. If anyone has the same situation, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Hello experts,

A week ago I opened 2 new lines with T-mobile and I used BOGO offer at Costco(upto $720 off).
Since iPhone 13 is not available, I just bought iPhone 12 Pro and 12 pro max. I submitted my rebate and waiting for the prepaid card from T-Mobile. During rebate submission, it clearly asked the IMEI numbers of the phones I bought.

Can I upgrade these phone to iPhone 13 at Best Buy? Will there be any issue with $720 rebate? Because if I trade in, then those IMEI won't be available at me. Has anyone done it?

Please suggest.

The only time you pay it off it you wanted to get your phone unlocked it sooner, then the credits will move to the account level rather than line level like you said.

TM doesn't care what you do with the phone as long your line is active. I had traded in 2-12P for 2-13PM under this deal and both phones are still under EIP and still getting monthly credits ever since. Nothing has changed on my account instead of showing my 2-13PM being used. The 12P still being show under EIP, how many months left, how much TM bills me each month and how much the credits are being applied.

So please don't provide any misinformation!
I just ordered a phone for trade in. Somehow did the balance of $70.00 BB put that amount on a 30 month EIP of $2.34 per month. I am confused.

I requested an unlock via facebook chat. first rep said that it was done but it never worked. Contacted facebook again that time worked almost immediately.
