You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

What's the best way to get the phone unlocked ? Contact T-Mobile chat or on twitter ? Do I have to wait the full 40 days ? Sorry the thread is way to big to find an answer.

Twitter or FB Messenger. I was able to get it unlocked within a week after purchase.

I opened a new account to do the costco deal a month ago for B1G1. I already received gift card from T-mobile but still waiting on the costco gift card. Can I do this offer and it wouldn't screw up my costco promo?

I don't think that promo is related to the Costco cash card rebate. You were just lucky enough that you opened new lines that qualified for a free line

Doesn't matter, they won't check. You can choose Verizon.
