Only your carrier can unlock your iPhone. Contact your carrier and request an unlock. Your account might need to meet requirements for unlocking. After you submit the request, it might take a few days to complete. Contact your carrier to check the status of your unlock request.
After your carrier confirms that they unlocked your iPhone, follow the steps below.
https://support.apple.c
Next day called TForce requested unlock... Explained I Needed this so I could have my Esim # and use the physical sim for local phone service when I travel. So Esim had my regular daily use # and the empty sim slot to use when abroad. Next day phone was fully-unlocked
Remind them You bought and paid for dual sim phone.
Jk just use another number on the account for the upgrade or if you don't have another number to use then call 611 from your phone and tell T-Mobile to remove all the blocks that are mentioned in the wiki(first page info) of this deal. 39 minutes after those blocking features on the line are removed you should be able to process the order. Best Buy store might have the same issue if those blocks aren't removed. It's definitely the third party charges block I think.
" If you get the message "We're sorry, there was an issue processing your request. Please try again later." when trying to validate your T-Mobile account, try the follow procedure below. It seems to help some users but not all YMMV!.
Go to your T-Mobile account and turn OFF every block for "chargeable" things including sms, downloads, etc. If they are already OFF toggle them ON and OFF just to clear the system of residual blocks. You CAN leave scam block ON. Then send "HELP" (without quotes) text message from each of your mobile no. that you are trying to upgrade to 22891, 332211 and 66803. Wait 30 minutes after completing everything above and try again. If it does not work, you might an account that has employee discounts or something else."
yeah i'm trying what was suggested on this forum but I guess it has to do with my OLD OLD account with some serious discounts and copr discount etc..
BUT it was working 4 weeks ago.. So donno what to say
