the Absolute should be this price... the Animal should be $299, tops. These are a few years old now and the prices are still too high.

So far the reviews on V15 make it seem like a decent performance boost, not just an led stuck on a V10. Probably not a game changer though I do like the idea of an easily swappable battery.

I have an old corded Dyson I'd like to supplement and also want a soft roller head for hard surfaces, so would need to add $100 if I want to buy OEM soft roller. The normally available Dyson owner discount with 20% off retail price (not stacking on the black friday sale) V10 absolute might be better for me as it'd also include the stubborn dirt brush and mattress tool.
