I have a similar model and the clean light is always on (even after I have cleaned is several times with vinegar). I don't think it's dirty though. I think it's more of an issue with the sensor. I am happy with the coffee.

But the worst was the very bottom part that attached to the machine. It had this little pocket of water that you literally could not get into to clean, and it got grimy. But there was no way to clean it - it was attached to the inside by two screws but then those screws were encased in plastic so there was no way to get to them.

I tried many ways to clean it - hot water, vinegar, etc. Eventually I just gave up.
Install a reverse osmosis system. It's a life changer
