For those who may ask, these are not rated Ultra High Speed. So not good for 4K @ 120 fps gaming (I.e Xbox Series X/PS5).

Ah yes, Monster: the king of the most absurd cable prices you've ever seen.

Thumbs up for the death throes of Monster cables—the most overpriced and marketing-hyped items since "HDMI" entered popular lexicon.
Ya, but they get people to buy them. I see salespeople pedaling them all the time with tvs. People are so ignorant that they just say okay and pay the price. It's like walking into a car stealership and they tell you that you need an air filter changed for $50 and a light bulb is out on your plate lamp..that's another $30. I watch in amazement as people (mostly women just from observation) say "okay, yea sure do it". The filter costs like $10 and takes 2 minutes to change; the bulb costs a buck and takes a minute to change lol.

6' is an odd size. Too short to run through a wall and too long to go from component to component. Usually 3' and 10' are ideal. Nice price though.

I remember while working at Best Buy some Monster cables would go for over $100-$150 retail, but then with my discount (5% over cost) I could get the cable for $10ish. Man those were the days.

Had to drive 20 mins to get a handful of these at $1.50 each. Worth the drive I'd say.

If price were not an issue, what HDMI cable would have the best quality and throughput?

While I completely agree, I must say that it sounds like you've never heard of AudioQuest. I also hadn't until 5 minutes ago while trying to find the green LED cable. W-O-W

When Monster sued a small indoor mini golf franchise called "Monster Mini Golf" over trademark infringement, I wrote them off. I will never give them a single penny over that absurd lawsuit claiming that the name is the cable company's alone and no one could use it, even in industries where there is no overlap.

If they say CL2 or CL3 rated they are. But 6' cables won't reach anything through a wall so it isn't an issue here.

My local STILL says the red are in stock. When I went earlier today BS said both colors were in. I couldn't find either -- and I usually have good luck with BS there. I checked the clearance section and the cables section. It's possible they were somewhere else.

However, I found roundup super concentrate for $2 and a few other handy doodads and thingamadoodles, all 75-90% off. So the goose chase was inaccurate but still worth it. So thanks, OP.
I found mine hanging on those Anti-theft Hook Lock next to all the monster products like LED strip and not on the clearance area.

So not by the other audio/video cables? I looked everywhere and didn't see any. Supposedly there were supposed to be 6+ of each color in stock. Even the electronics guy said he'd never seen them, but how would he know that for sure, unless.. OMG

Brickseek has almost always been wrong lately about inventory levels for Walmart. Every store near me supposedly has over six in stock of each color. I guess it's worth investigating.

Interesting. I don't know my Wally like the back of my hand, but the only anti-theft hooks I'm aware of are for the video games and systems.

In general I'd agree with you, but my entertainment system is perfect for some 6' cables. Basically it's a long bench with two compartments for equipment. Going from the left side to the right side is just under 5.5', so when you take curving the cables into the ports into account (plus going out the back and then back in), it's spot on without having them taut. ie for my receiver in the right compartment and BR player in the left compartment.
