They different than PC servers? Those are usually pretty decent for me. I just wanted the game portable as well so was waiting for a sale on switch especially since Diablo 3 is expensive for retail now.

Game is really hard to play on controller (don't even attempt public games if you ever want to get loot) and yes the console games suffer the same server issues as the PC games since they all use the same single master database. Bought this for PC and switch at release and thankfully Nintendo refunded me for the switch purchase because experiencing 2+ hour queues just to get on the game online

Agree with the other posts about server issues, mainly login queue taking forever. Buy d3 if you haven't played it, skip d2 resurrected at least for now, maybe forever. If you didn't play it back in the day you probably won't enjoy it.

No comparison with D2 and D3. They are totally different games. D2 has been around 20 years and people still play the game as if it just came out. D3 is super watered down with no strategy. D3 is fun for a minute. D2 will be fun for years.

servers are finally coming around. once it's worked out it won't be an issue.

Great deal, but I don't recommend getting it unless you also want D3. You're not gonna be able to play D2R anytime soon with all the server issues, long queue times, and authentication failures, even if you want to play offline.

But again, if you want D3 and don't mind paying $18 extra (going from D3 lowest sale price) to get D2R to play.....eventually.....maybe, then go for it, but you've been warned.

They already remastered StarCraft. Basically a very modest polish of existing assets and some quality of life enhancements. It was very well received at the time.
