GW2 has too many things to do from strikes, fractals, legendary/mount hunting, investment flipping, meta trains, campaign story, raids, pvp.
I will say the WvW mode is very dire rn, but the normal pvp is fun with a group of friends. You can get overwhelmed from the amount of things you can do in game which goes hand in hand with getting burnt out if your a completionist.
Overall it's a great game to get into and play for the long haul, expect to get burnt out if you want everything 'now'
