don't pay with points. just use 1 amex point to apply the discount. pay for the rest as you normally would.

I was not aware that this is a old promo. Like I said in my original post, I just saw this offer on my account today. And what's so bad about it being an old promo? It seems that people are just hearing about this as well and are benefiting from this promo. Isn't this what Slickdeals is about?

I activated Discover and Amex, and used Discover no problem, but Amex does not want to apply, any tricks or glitches that anyone know? I just bought a Google Play gift card on another Amazon account with the same Amex offer no problem. On this one account it doesn't want to apply to Google, or BB cards, which the Discover offer happily took.
