It's a bit confusing but they're really "boxsets" 1 & 3 in a series of 9 boxsets. Each boxset in the series is it's own self contained series, unrelated to the other. Each Kindle download is the full series in a extended novel with all "books" included. So the "Killed Boxset" link includes all 11 novels in 1 download, and "Promised" contains all 9 novels in 1 download.
