Check your Chase cards as well. My Chase cards have 10% off Best Buy purchases, up to $25 off $250. Better offer than my AMEX, as you don't have to spend all $250 to get the 10% off.

Chatted with Amex today, the CSR first said my purchase wasn't eligible, after I pointed out the terms, CSR agreed it's eligible, but saying it could take up to two months to get the credit.
Still feel something wrong, but the CSR insists I should wait.

Same thing here. Bought physical gc online on Nov 8 and received the confirmation email but no credit as of yet. Maybe email orders are not getting thru as fast as walking into the stores. Did you bought gc as well?

I just called Amex for a sams club offer that hasn't credited yet. They mentioned it's a system wide issue. She checked mine and said it's eligible and she has received multiple calls about this. They asked to be patient why they work on resolving.

I logged into my account this morning Nov 12, and there is still no $25 credit.

I chatted with American Express.
The CSR again re-iterated the 8-12 weeks.
If I wanted 8-12 weeks, I could always go to US Bank or Citi who have 2-3 statement cycles before a credit is posted.
The CSR escalated the issue and I was told I would hear in 2-4 weeks.

Are you using the Amex app?
I use the website, and it is the Savings tab which I have completed ignored up to now. LOL.
It does show redeemed 11/3.
I am hoping that the $25 credit shows up tomorrow.
