Bought this a week ago.
Works well. Gigantic for 2-3 people.
It takes up as much space as a toaster oven and it it a lot taller.

Build quality is 💩.
The door hinges moves around and causes door to not close properly.
It's all made of black plastic.

I returned mine today.
I got this for essentially free this summer when it was on sale for $50 and Amex offerwas running a $50 cash back at Best Buy. This AF replaced a traditional bucket style one we've had for years. Overall, I like it a lot. Good space inside, cooks really really fast and thoroughly. Yes, the beeps are a little loud and the door hinge has some sway but I'd buy this thing for $50 bucks again. It's been a work horse since got it. Oh and it's easier to clean the trays compared to the bucket style AF's.
If you have small children, the beeping noise on this thing will wake up everyone in the house

Note that I've had bestbuy refuse to cancel just-made ebay orders, telling me that they can't do that and I have to bring the item back into the store with the ebay receipt for a refund.

Did that just last year to me, and it was a PITA having to remember to return the item after the holidays.

Make life unnecessarily hard on me to make your job easier? I'll be sure to tell everyone.

What is the deal with that? Bought a costco Oster toaster oven/air fryer and the beep was so freaking loud it scared the crap out of me when I plugged it in.

Right back to Costco that went.

Note to appliance manufacturers: cut it out!laugh out loud

I can Echo the exact review. The beeping is super annoying, but once you get the food out, and realize the good cook job, you completely forget about it. But, there have been times I totally fogot about it in another room, and I heard it beep through my headphones. So, I have forgiven it. But, the door is pretty wack... But, it works, and doesn't feel like it'll break, just... uncontrollable, at times, lol.

I gave the stainless steel one a try and there is no way this can replace an oven especially if you bake a lot. My chocolate chip cookies never came out correct. My Trader Joe's almond croissant got burned on top and it wasn't even fully cooked in the middle.

I could deal with the loud sound and the door almost falling apart every time you open it but at the end I returned it.

I have this. Meh. The trays are a nice, but the fan is on top of this, so if you put two trays of food, the bottom tray air flow gets blocked by the top tray. So if you want consistency you will need to flip the top and bottom tray halfway thru cooking. Also, like everyone else says the beeps are OBNOXIOUS.

I've had this one for a year and it works great. I use this more than my basket style. I think I paid $50 last december. wrap the drip pan in foil and place something over the door during dirty jobs and cleanup is easy.

They have the Chefman for $10 more with a little bigger in size: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/chef...Id=6414714 [bestbuy.com]
+1 For the Chefman. Actually bought it for $120 but Best Buy awesome enough to price match it when it went on sale.

It was worth $120 and definitely worth 70. The Chefman includes a french fry basket that this model does not include. Chefmans baskets are also dishwasher safe and has worked amazingly.

Bought this model last week, there are major flaws with this model. The heat is uneven , top level burns before the lower level Even gets hot. There is no removable basket , meaning it's the walls, door can't be easily cleaned.

I highly recommend NOT to buy this one.
