it works on egiftcard but physical there is another 8.95$ shipping fee which cannot be waived i think

Did any one else not get an instant email confirmation for this offer?

I did a $300 eGC. No email and the offer is still in my account.

I usually get instant email confirmation every year.

Edit: I talked to AMEX and this is what they told me, "For us to check if the transaction is valid, we need to wait for it to post first"
