Can anyone confirm, I know you can use GCs to go into the store w/o a membership and make purchases, but I thought one of them (costco/sams) bumped prices by 10%, or some amount, for not having one. Perhaps just from a time since past?? Or perhaps that is what I saw if I ordered online w/o signing in to a valid/current account

And for those who have a tough time getting the $45 gc, just take a screenshot on your phone or a printed page into the store and they will give you the gc instantly. (Along with your plastic membership card, no photo needed anymore)
