3 years of gold converted to 1 year of ultimate plus I had to pay $15, not that great a deal. The 1:1 didn't work. I redeemed through VPN and followed instructions. I didn't have an active subscription but did have one in the past.
Contacted support chat, they cancelled gold and added ultimate 3 years for me. I had to pay $14 for 1 month and then turned off Auto Renew.
