OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND ONE PER HOUSEHOLD
PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) Entrant using the selection process described below ("Winner"), consisting of:
• One (1) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to New York City, NY (the "Destination"),
from a major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to winner's primary
residence as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute
ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination;
• One (1) hotel accommodation for three (3) nights (one Deluxe King room and room tax only) at
the Margaritaville Resort Times Square, checking in Thursday, December 30, 2021 and checking
out Sunday, January 02, 2022;
• Two (2) tickets to "Moulin Rouge! The Musical" scheduled for Saturday, January 01, 2022 at the
Al Hirschfeld Theatre in New York, NY (the "Event");
• A $250 Margaritaville Resort Times Square Food & Beverage Credit for use during resort stay;
• A $250 Margaritaville Times Square Retail Store Credit for use in-store only;
• Two (2) passes to 5 o' Clock Somewhere Rooftop Bar VIP access for the New Year's Eve Ball Drop
on Friday, December 31, 2021, including champagne and party favors;
• Two (2) Official New York CityPasses granting admission to the Empire State Building, the
American Museum of Natural History, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Top of the Rock
Observation Deck or the Guggenheim Museum, Ferry Access to the Statute of Liberty and Ellis
Island or Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises, and the 9/11 Memorial & Museum or the Intrepid Sea,
Air & Space Museum;
• $1,500 in gift cards for expenses and shopping
Aggregate Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $16,030.
