Yeah, implementing a lifetime warranty on a $40 jacket seems like a huge loss on their end.
Running loose, baggy on the end means it is a mass produced , not even tailored down to a more acceptable design.

In my opinion, this is perfect for wearing in like mid 20's to 40's with just regular clothes underneath (meaning no special thermal underwear, just whatever you would wear to the office of dinner without wanting to sweat all day while inside with the jacket off).
For comparison, I bought this and the LL bean fake down that gets great reviews and liked this better, however, this really isn't for getting wet. It can tolerate a little moisture, but not something you want to wear in a snow storm or rain for Elbert long.
