Just got it. It's one code unfortunately.
Yea it's confusing but once it clicks for you it becomes easier to understand.

Main thing to realize is if you plan on game sharing, buy all the games on one account and the main user of that account should make their Switch "secondary" so that they can always have access to those games when connected to wifi (internet check)

The second account's Switch should be made primary so there is no internet check requirement. Add the main account to this switch and download all of the main account games and all users of this primary Switch can access those games whenever.

If you have Nintendo Switch Online, you need the family plan and tie all accounts to it so there is never any confusion.

If possible the Switch that is in the house more and accessible to internet more should be a prime contender for "secondary" status. The Switch that leaves the house more and is away from internet should be a prime contender for "primary".

So yea confusing but once u have it down it's pretty easy. In my situation I am the main account holder and I have multiple Switches that I use. All of these Switches are secondary. My wife has the Animal Crossing Switch and her Switch is the primary. She has access to all my games and never has to be connected to the internet at any point to play them.

Both accounts are part of a NSO family plan.
Best deal their is Costco. $99

It's only $15 more for Pearl or Diamond, whichever you aren't planning on buying. You could just rush through it the first time and trade all the Legendaries/exclusives for the ones on the opposite game and keep them in your Pokemon bank then take your time on the second run but the excitement won't be the same. You could take your time on the first run as well but eventually you're going to throw away all that progress saved to get the exclusives from your copy so that you could trade them for the others.

As I said, it's only a $15 difference since BD/SP is $55 with tax at Walmart and it's physical which I hate. If you're really tight with money, whatever you usually buy such as snacks, just skip out on it until it accumulates to the $15 that you would've spent.
Ok fine just $15 more to justify the purchase assuming the buyer willingly to complete the long game not once but twice. Otherwise, it a waste of $ when the objective of these 2 games are hardly completed, even more so in digital that can't be resold.

I don't think this game would benefits adult player with full time employment in the long run.

Am I the only one who could never get into pokemon games? I liked the originals I started with blue and yellow was the one I really got into. But after they added more bad pokemon after the 151 i hated it.

How do you know it'll be $49.99 at Walmart for the physical copy? I have the physical copy of Shining Pearl on preorder from Gamestop (instore order) for my kid as I have some certificates I can use towards it. It's $59.98 there. If it is lower at Walmart (or elsewhere) I wonder if I can get Gamestop to price match when I pick it up? Does anyone know?

Thanks,

-Guru
Walmart is generally $10 less in store on release.

Is there a way nintendo or whoever would deactivate the code if this was a price mistake? I was able to purchase the order but won't be able to redeem the code yet since I'm still at work and away from my switch.

I doubt it, code is being sold by Walmart so if it's in your possession, it should be a wrap. You can also redeem via browser.
Google "Nintendo redeem", and you should see a page with the title: Redeem code - Nintendo, and the web address begins with ec.nintendo.com. I've redeemed 4 games that way and they appeared on my Switch. You'll need to log into your Nintendo Account, of course.

its petty, this is too cheap of a price. if there was millions sold, there would be something done. but small scale like this even if it was 1 dollar, they'd honor it.

You can redeem it on the Nintendo website, and it will automatically download onto your Switch.

I highly doubt this was supposed to go live imo. unless the pre order sales are absolutely bombed and they wanted a bump up before it goes live. before reviews go out and say its trash dont buy lol.

Bought, received code, was informed by wife that this isnt the new "open world" pokemon she wants (which releases in jan) and apparently its not eligible for return. PM me if you want to purchase the code I have.
