I'm a big fan of analog. Timer and temperature is enough. The digital ones are just overkill.

I bought it at this price a couple of months ago. I like so far. The present Opti Ms are nice to have and it's big enough. I used to have the Instant pot 2-1 (duo) and I like this better for frying.
