Transfering data from toshiba laptop to Levono laptop

What is the best program to transfer data to new laptop.

I am not great with computers, is it better to have a pro do this?

What type of data are you trying to transfer? Is it just files that you have stored like photos, music, videos, documents, etc.? Then use a USB thumb drive or external hard drive.

If you're trying to copy the entire hard drive with the OS and everything then you would need a hard drive clonging program. This is usually unnecessary though. I would suggest just freshly installing your programs onto the new computer and then transferring the important files using the USB drive as mentioned above.
