If you want to try carbon shoes! These are great shoes with an incredible feel and cushion. I just ran a half marathon in a pair! Only issue is durability, the soles are not the best, but this is the best price I have found for the X2!

I was running in the Clifton 8s and switched to these. They are lighter, more responsive and feel just as cushioned. My legs feel better running with the X2 than my cliftons.

How would this compare to the Brooks Adrenaline GTS series? I'm looking for more cushion for my knees.

I have never run in Brooks, so I can't get you an answer. But they feel better to me than my Clifton 8s if that helps at all.
