Edit 1: got the shoes on the 30th. The 38s are ever so slightly more bouncy, I think that may be because it's brand new out of the box comparing to my 1/2 life 37s. For what it's worth it's identical to the 37… the fit, look and treads.

So all in I paid ~$56 for some lightly used Peg 38s, not bad.

How you open case with UPS. I tried online and as per them ineligible for claim.
I did it through their online claim form only took them an hour to get back to me. I'd imagine it's because the delivery driver lied by saying they delivered to my front porch but I live in an apartment downtown so it wasn't much to investigate.
If you google there is some online UPS form. Why did they say it was ineligible?
