that's what I did virtual Citi wouldn't work so I did a rebate debit card . This way if any issues it's on them.

Visible's website says you pay a $25 service fee when they ship the phone.

Is everyone really getting these for $5-6? Are you guys sure you're not just getting them to ship the phone, then skirting by the $25 fee you're technically liable for?

Be very careful sending in a phone for the swap program.

I sent in a 10+ year old Android phone, and Visible is charging me the full price for the Midnight phone saying

I'm still fighting them over it, as I know I'm right, and they are wrong.

There is a little resale value.
I checked the average sold price on eBay is less than $15 , you may have to pay shipping ...
