I got a refund and got to keep my original shirt, which is fair. They tossed in a 10 GC too.
I chatted and was offered only a gift card of $20 for return. can't return to my original payment.
I will dispute with my credit card company and AAA maybe. So fed up with it. I have no problem if they cancel the order when realizing it's a mistake. But refusing to return the wrong item shipped to original payment is just too much. Their argument is that it's final sale. LOL.

I used PayPal and showed up right away
Sounds like the rep screwed up. I got an email from PayPal showing a refund and checked the PayPal app and showed a pending refund

Crazy peoples responses are so different and they don't seem to have a set script on how to deal with this. I got money to buy two more shirts, so a $100 gift card. But I paid the $30 still for the shirt.
Would have been better if they just canceled my order!!
