Not sure, but all parts are warrantied by the manufacturers. Recently ordered a PC from them so I could get my hands on an RTX 3090. I got the build for the same price as scalpers are selling the RTX 3090 alone.

I had an amazing experience! The PC was packaged fantastically for shipping, and it only took a couple of days from order to receiving. Beautiful PC and highly highly highly recommend a custom build from NZXT!

Just bought the streaming plus pc. I really want to upgrade to 32gb of ram. Thoughts on replacing the included 16gb with this Corsair set (32gb 3600 mhz)?

The internals on this seem like much higher quality vs similar deals that may be cheaper (HP omen, Lenovo legion, xps, etc)?

was this suppose to be a question?

Omen is pretty horrible to upgrade and runs hot. Also Omen is intel instead of ryzen, if it was 12gen Intel then it would be a good deal.

This. Upgrading to 3600 RAM is pretty cheap and easy. That, and the case isn't the best and could probably use an extra fan. But everything else about this seems good. Accounting for the price of all of the parts you're basically paying $800 for the RTX 3070 Ti, which is really good right now both in terms of prebuilts and standalone cards; the latest Newegg Shuffle was selling the 3060 Ti for $600+, and based on MSRP $200 is actually how much more you should expect to pay for the 3070 Ti, which makes this kind of incredible.

I'm not sure why the CPU radiator is placed on the rear panel with an empty top panel. I feel like those should be swapped

mini pro ($1439) vs streaming plus ($1799) in terms of value? I'm just worried about the mini pro overheating over time, but it does have more ram @ 32gb. The difference in price is ~$360.

The streaming plus only has 16 GB of ram. This is probably the weakest spec of the entire build, but not a big deal since everything else seems solid and complimentary. For instance, there's no real bottleneck from the CPU for the GPU. NZXT is constantly changing the specs for each tier including the streaming plus and this seems like the best combo of components for the price. Also, ram is relatively cheap and easily upgradable. You can replace ram with 3600 mhz, jump up to 32 GB and get rgb for a little over $100 this week.

Looks like with a bit of tweaking the RAM will do 3333mhz at CL16; so not great, but not horrible.

If anyone gets their H1 mini pro early (11700k/3060ti) can you post avg temps, and if youre experiencing random fps drops with common games? - just read some Reddit threads on potential overheating/throttling.
