Boo, I've been waiting for this deal to get a Prusa MINI+ and its excluded from the deal

"*Please note that preorders and the Original Prusa MINI+ 3D printer (kit and assembled) are excluded from the free shipping offer (adding a MINI+ to your cart will disable the free shipping option)."
Because of repeatability. If you want a reliable printer you don't have to tinker then get a prusa. With all the other printers you will d*** around with the bed leveling and a multitude of other issues and have random first level failures and not know why. With a prusa when you get it dialed in, it will print every time
Anyone interested in a 3D printer that has not done their research, if you can swing it, get a Prusa printer, it is a well refined tool that constantly is improving and increasing its capability and functionality even after purchase. Not a Extra hobby that you need to dedicate time and effort into just to get reasonable output.

Constantly pushing this machine past its limits because it is so reliable and repeatable, it is easy to explore alternative printing strategies to decrease wasted Time and materials for supports.

Hoping to get into a XL if it is anywhere near the value I have gotten from my MK3.

Anyone with research or experience on Snapmaker 2.0 A350T? Is Prusa better than Snapmaker?

Complete new to this and putting in an order. It asks for "Printer Color". I can choose between black-orange, or just black? Is this the free spool they are talking about that is part of the black friday deal? Or is the printer color referring to something else? I'd like to print my stuff in black if that makes any difference, but not sure if this option is referring to the free spool.

edit: oops, looking further at the pics, I guess this is referring to the actual color of the printer. All black color. lol

I have a Snapmaker A350 and a Prusa MK3 and prefer the MK3 over the A350. It just works better in my opinion. There are some neat features of the A350, and if interested in the laser and CNC parts it can save space, but for 3D printing I find the MK3 is just a better experience.

I think it may be worth it. More options in terms of being able to do larger prints as well as the minis don't live up to the same standards of print quality. Still great printers just not as perfect.

While only an inconvenience. I'm disappointed the Mini+ has no free shipping. I already own a Creality CR10 V2 that's printing exceptionally well. The smaller Mini+ has it's own advantages but will pass ordering this year and will just wait out Joe Prusa.

So the only difference between kit and non-kit is that the non-kit comes assembled? Is assembly that difficult? Seems like a large-ish price difference just for assembly

Yes tbh, I will be selling my mini soon because the mk3s is just so much more reliable and prints better. I wish I had just bought a second mk3s instead of a mini+

I assembled mine in 7 hours, so it's really what your time is worth to you.

The assembly is known to be very complex. Some claim like 8 hours. Plan for at least a few hours.
