I brought 150m's 2 weeks back and waiting for the 450c from this deal to be delivered tomorrow. Without the center speakers, you cannot hear dialogue. It's like 80% masked

It shouldn't be. Check to make sure your receiver is in 2 channel mode and is not in some surround mode, then you'll hear dialogue just fine.

These speakers are all excellent speakers. The 450C is really a fantastic center channel, and anything in the RP series is top quality and efficient. You can't go wrong here.

How do these compare to the HSU bookshelves and center? I just ordered the Denon 760 refurbished from their site for $399, and am looking to upgrade from my Polk TSX 110 bookshelves and TSX center. I have a small room, and use this setup for movies / music (vinyl)

I have the Dayton Sub 1200 as well for the low end sounds.

I've got about $800 total to spend on L/R/C.
