No, I used both with the same account.

For those having trouble, I found someone commented you need to find a store with same-day pick up available. Luckily I had several options. Although they weren't my closest store, I have several Walgreens in my city. Both codes worked for the stores that had same-day pickup available.

Seems that only a few stores make the tags. The closest to me is 30 minutes away by car in the next state.

Worked without issue for me and this is the second set of tags I was able to do in the last month or so. Make sure you change the default quantity from 20 to 10 or you will be charged for the 10 additional tags. It is also a bit hit or miss to find stores that have the ability to make tags - out of three in my region only one can do this. You cannot have these mailed as it is in-store only. HTH!
