Presumably the only reason the LG is on this list is because they've abandoned the Android market. Otherwise, it does not belong in the category of free phone and will surely go out of stock VERY quickly after this deal goes live. The other freebie Samsung phones are somewhere between cruel jokes and OK as a dummy device to run your remote control app.

I have a OnePlus promo that I didn't want to risk and CS were saying I couldn't do both, so I gave up buying on that line.

So yes, you can piggyback EIPs on each line. Just pay off your first EIP in full before doing the second one on the same line.
