Just a heads up, support from this company is non existent. I have a couple of their scooters.
Here's a review for the 27.5".

Seems small and probably not good for people over 6'.

seriously. this thread just turned into redbandana baiting people into giving him a chance to brag (I guess?) about himself. very strange.

Received mine today. Anyone have instructions about how to install the fenders. Mine came with completely disassembled fenders
Haven't done the front yet, but the rear (larger) fender uses the 3-piece plastic bracket that wraps around the seat post. Two short screws, two plastic washers and two small nuts to complete it.

Yeah figured it, install both the fenders, had some spare left dont know what those screws were for, anyways the bike looks great and much better quality than hyper e-bikes from Walmart

Assembled mine today and there's a strain/short in the wiring. If I uninstall the battery/controller mount and hold it off to the side, it will power-up, but when I remount the battery, the cables slightly move and it doesn't power-up. : (

Im on my feet an average of 15 miles a day (28177 steps today so a bit less than normal), I'm sure I can ride a bike 25miles daily to and from. 😕.

So my initial guess was confirmed. Thank you. I've been. looking for an electric scooter to cut down time from home to train, but also considered just a regular bike but feel that would be too much of a burden on a train and can't bring it on during rush hour.
There's foldable e assist bikes that would work for you. Some get up to ~30mph. Check on here.

Contact Woot while they still have them in stock and see if they can arrange an exchange. They gave me a discount for a non-functional battery gauge, but your problem sounds more serious. Or if you can fix it yourself, then you can probably get a discount from them as well.

It looks as if Macwheel will not support owners unless the bike was purchased through Amazon (and yes, I know that Woot is an amazon subsidiary).

I was curious how their other products on Amazon are reviewed, and a search comes up empty. I have a suspicion that they were one of the many products Amazon de-listed because of fake reviews or some sort of terms broken. Makes sense that they're trying to unload these through Woot now

Received mine and assembled it. Charged the battery and very happy with it so far. It's surprisingly quick even with just the twist grip.

Anyone know how to clear the trip distance to zero for each ride? I tried to press both + and - buttons and the reset menu does not come on. Contacted iMacwheel support via email, got no response so far.

Mine arrived missing the Rear Derailleur Protector part. Have tried multiple times to contact the company via email with no response. Called the hotline number and spoke to someone who said this was the wrong number for support. He said they (VINKA) only support the battery and was not sure why they were included in the documentation. Frustrating as this is not a major part and really don't want to return the bike for this.
