For photography and videography—I've been waiting for this ND filter to go on sale forever.

The Polar Pro/Peter McKinnon variable neutral density filters are highly regarded among the best. Regularly $249.99 for the PMVND Signature Edition II, Polar Pro released a limited edition version for $179.95 and marked it down to $149.95 for the holidays.

It's a 3-6 stop VND filter with identical glass as the full (much more expensive) Signature Edition with only minor feature differences. Here's a video explaining the differences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1i5ROXOoCAc.

Limited production run of 1,000 units: sale runs until 12/20 or when they run out (about half are gone, according to the video).

Enjoy!

FEATURES
  • Limited production run of just 1000 units.
  • New range reduces exposure by 3 to 6 stops.
  • Preset stop range eliminates any chance of cross-polarization.
  • Zero vignetting down to 16mm focal length lenses.
  • Cinema Series™ Glass - Made in Germany.
  • 16 Coating Layers - Anti-scratch / anti-oil / hydrophobic coatings.
  • Includes a protective hard-shell storage case.
  • Adventure Assurance™ - Be satisfied with your PolarPro gear throughout your adventures or your money back.

Thanks you Bro. I meant the quality of them. Are they the same quality, Lee and Peter Mckinnon?

The brand is "Polar Pro", a well-known filter manufacturer. This filter is a collaboration with a famous photographer, Peter McKinnon (hence the Peter McKinnon Special Edition).

I never used Lee filters personally, so I don't have first-hand experience. The B+W is very similar to the Polar Pro visually. Both worked great.

Here is an excellent technical comparison between a bunch of filter brands using VND filters. Very helpful:
