The other factor is that this has a cover. That's a big practical benefit. No need to worry about dust or keeping it clean. For those things alone, even it takes a bit more time to assemble, who cares?
Honestly, 15mm vs 18mm doesn't really matter for casual home users. Unless you are playing tournaments, for most people who are just gonna play with family and friends it won't matter. It might matter for some people, in which case the ESPN is a better buy.
I had ordered the Joola 15mm for $251 this morning but on seeing this deal I cancelled that and ordered this instead. This is $60 less than the Joola, is 18mm instead of 15mm and comes with a cover which the Joola does not.

you start with fig 1 - 8 as suggested
then you do fig 10 and 11 (the 3 metal bars to reinforce the middle lags that connect the two tables), then you do fig 14 and 15 (pitting wheels)
then you flip the middle legs (so the wheels on the ground), then you and your partner flip each side of the board and put the legs down, so the board can stand on one side, while one person holding the board make sure it does not move, the other person align the middle legs with the board connector. then you put in the screws to hold it in place.
then you do fig 12, 13 and 14 to complete the table.
i have not done the table lock yet (no need for now) so not sure if you need 3 ppl to hold the table when you fold ...
Great advice from ice0408; I followed the advice since my wife is tiny and more importantly I have that stupid male ego thing where "3 adults recommended" is like a personal dare. I just finished assembly, took a total of 3hrs solo with power tools, but I was going slowly and enjoying the mindless assembly task.
