Walmart has been getting a ton of restock everyone. I was able to afford Christmas thanks to them and finally find these. Thanks Walmart! I hope everyone has a great and safe holiday. Doesn't excuse them for not disclosing that before you buy. I have purchased Pokemon cards from them for the past few months and only now have I heard about it. Disgusting that they won't make an exception when I'm even returning a highly sought after item they can't even keep in stock.

Did you buy in store? They usually have signs up near the cards. And I think Pokémon cards aren't marked returnable online either, this item was stated to have 90 day return period though. People definitely buy and return fakes, I think having a policy like this on trading cards is fine.
Agree that they should disclose, it but I like this policy for two reasons:
1) I don't have to worry that someone has plundered the good stuff from my kid's Christmas presents and resealed them.
2) fark scalpers, let them get stuck having to sell their overstock on their own now that stores have stuff in stock again.
Yes I do buy in stores and no they don't have any signs up.
