Don't be put off by the crayola smell, they throw decent scent for the price. That being said you do get what you pay for and they burn pretty quickly.

We have a few of these and they are terrible. The wicks are too thin and they will not stay lit.

I think this is the normal price for these candles.

We've burned quite a few of them over the years and they put off a decent amount of scent and ours have stayed lit just fine. Three of these cost the same amount as the recent yankee candles and I think three of them last about the same duration as one yankee. But I've never tested. Pure anecdotal.

I currently have the spun pumpkin sugar from last year burning happily away

They stay lit just fine. Scent is good without being overpowering. This (3wick) size lasted a month of heavy usage by my teenager

The evergreen is absolutely disgusting though

I think Yankee candles are overpriced but they do burn excellent and put out scent (both cold and hot throw) like no other brand, except Kringle who's owners founded Yankee. I live 40 minutes from the Yankee candle factory and we have bought many brands of candles, both soy blends and beeswax.

However, that being said, DW candles usually found at Marshalls/TJ Maxx/HomeGoods are a nice middle ground with good burn and hot throw.

Walmart kept sending me candles with no cushioning in the packaging which meant lots of broken glass… gl if you order these!

The wax on these are good and smells fine. But the wicks suck, probably why they have three.

I burn them, and then half the wax that is left I stick in a wax melter.

Maybe it's just me but every time in recent years I've bought single wick yankee candle, it puts out very little scent. These mainstays smell great and burn evenly/stay lit. Only downside is they don't last that long. But they're $4.
