You didn't make any mention of looking for the Tracfone-specific version of the phone. Just asking why "this phone" isn't available anywhere else.
In any case, vendor-specific products are a thing. Especially if they're a big enough vendor like HSN.
They have a partnership with Tracfone for specific deals
"Why isn't this phone listed at any other store? Not Best Buy, target, Amazon , nowhere."

Visible has quite a few hoops to jump through. Some people complained about trade-in process. Trade-ins have been nightmares for many whether it's hyla with google fi or Samsung. They probably use hyla. Maybe it is unlocked? Maybe it will need the 2 month requirement ($25 or $5 for first month and $40 for 2nd month) to be unlocked? People complained about missing bands with the visible unlocked phone too. Sounds like you just want the phone and abandon visible ASAP. Zero interest in visible service plans.
If one has no intention in using tracfone service and only want the phone, I can see the appeal of the visible deal. However the appeal to this deal is the phone and annual plan. For a light user, it may be enough. Plus a big pro for tracfone is their rollover and them giving away free points that one could use for add-ons. TracFone my app is nicely organized with their tracking min/text/data and reward system.
*** No joke. I just won 1000 points in "spin the wheel" right now. That could be used on more minutes, texts and data.
In any case, I don't think you fully understand what I have typed earlier. What I was saying is to get the Moto G Pure through the swap deal from Visible and use it for 1 month with Visible service. In the mean time, order the 1 year Tracfone plan from Ebay for $40. Once the Visible plan is expired, you can activate the Tracfone service and use it on the Moto G Pure you get from Visible. Depending on how much you value the trade in phone, getting the Visible Moto G Pure and the 1 year Tracfone plan may cost a little more than this bundle, but in exchange you are getting 1 extra month of unlimited service from Visible and 1.5GB more data for the Tracfone 1 year plan. (Tracfone Ebay plan comes with 1500/1500/3000 min/text/data vs 1500/1500/1500 in this bundle)
About the Visible part, yes, you can argue that some people are having tons of issues with it, but most of the people never have issues with their trade ins. Personally, I have done the swap deal 3 different times with Visible and they all went through with 0 problems every time (including the Moto G Pure that we are talking about here). The phone is unlocked out of the box, and the 2 months thing is just their official policy. I am not sure why missing bands is an issue when we are comparing the Visible Moto G Pure vs Tracfone Moto G Pure. With missing bands, at least you can still use it on some other carriers, but with a locked phone, you cannot use it on any other carriers (unless you count Simple Mobile, Total Wireless, etc. as other carriers).
One last thing I want to say is that my problem is never about the Tracfone service. I have a Tracfone account myself; and many times in the past, I have suggested people to buy the 1 year plan and join the Tracfone reward program to get points for extra min/text/data, etc. From the beginning, I have always taken both the Moto G Pure and the Tracfone annual plan into consideration; and my conclusion is that getting the phone from Visible then using it with the ebay Tracfone annual plan will end up being a better deal than just getting this bundle.
No need to fill out your contacts and all that stuff that the spies like. (use separate gmail etc)
The beauty of these low spec phones is that they dont have the powerful processors and lots of ram so they don't guzzle power.
I'll lose track of my Moto G Power for a couple of weeks and then find it with 67% power remaining. My flagship phones would have been dead long before that

I have flagship phones (Android and iPhone)
These cheap phones can handle a lot of tasks as second and third phones
No reason to wear it out using it for GPS, and tracking and contact spying etc when I can use a $50 phone (that uses little juice) for the same thing (and leaving contacts out).
Battery cycling is what kills phones off the most so go easy on flagship use for tasks a cheap phone can do
These days multiple phones are the way to go
Nobody should be locked-in to one phone when so many decent capability phones are available for price of a couple pizzas

If you want to buy a phone for swap, you can look for any android phone that is ATT/T-Mo/Sprint/non-Verizon Prepaid on Ebay or Craigslist. If you want to be safe, look for something that is old but in good condition and not blacklisted. Also, message the seller and ask for the IMEI so that you can check to see if it is eligible for swap. Other than that, the phone can be carrier locked and have crappy specs like 1GB ram + 8GB storage.
