Anyone know the best option if I don't want to run a hot water line or power?

Get a tushy. I have an electrician coming today to quote a new outlet price for me. That's my conclusion if they give me some crazy dollar amount to put it in.

Thanks. There are just so many options. My parents put in one with hot water, but that's a luxury I don't think I need.

I had a handyman put in three outlets near toilets. He charged me $600 total. Obviously, it depends on how far they need to run the wire, but hopefully this gives you a reference point. I also asked someone advertising on Facebook how much would be for one outlet, and he quoted me $280.

They quoted me 480 for one outlet!

I don't have any real knowledge on either, but I canceled my order of the Kohler Novita after seeing videos that it's been out since 2014. Too dated for me.
How long has the Biobidet 2200 been around?
I see videos from 2013 on the BB 2200.

Oh, I don't know the answer to that as I've never looked into that model.

Are they running wire from the circuit box or just tapping an existing bathroom outlet? For $480 im leaning towards the first one.

The A8 I purchased from Costco in March 2020 has started leaking. It's still under warranty through Bio Bidet, but costco is sending me a new one to replace it, so I don't have to send in an old bidet for repair.
How to get a replacement unit from Costco? Did you take it back to Costco?

It was connecting from an existing bathroom outlet. I just laughed, I knew it was expensive. My wife was actually cool with running a 15 amp extension from the outlet and routing it around the base of the cabinet. Even after 10 years she can still surprise me sometimes.

I actually picked the Brondell CL1700 over this seat. There's a reddit review where the guy had both and really liked the CL1700 much more.

Do they have a toilet seat with bidet? I have a luxe attachment and it does the job but looks untidy and gets hard to clean.

Never mind, the only toilet seat they have is electric.

I paid $400 for a brondell swash 1000 in 2017 and it's still going strong.

I ordered the Kohler Novita Full-Featured Bidet Toilet Seat that's currently on sale which is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Now I am wondering if I should return that one when it arrives, and order this one or even the Brondell CL1700 and save some $$.

Does anyone have thoughts on which one may have less issues over time?
Did you try out the Kohler Novita?
